Founded in 2016, OneTenth Consulting works exclusively with nonprofits, leveraging implementation methodologies and staffing models that adapt to the dynamic needs of your nonprofit. We are not a “system implementer”, we are your trusted partner – we take a holistic approach in addressing all facets of your technology needs - strategy, solutions, and change management.
We believe that “small but mighty” nonprofits are tackling the world's most pressing challenges, even with limited budgets and resources, often matching the impact of larger organizations. OneTenth feels every nonprofit deserves best-in-class innovations, designed and built with the same expertise and care as larger nonprofits.

We live our values through programs such as the 1% pledge where we offer 1% of our time through pro bono consulting hours each year to nonprofits serving communities of color. We also offer up to 24 hours of paid Volunteer Time Off to full-time employees to serve their communities.
