OneTenth is a registered Salesforce consulting partner and we're looking for Business Analysts, Solution Consultants, and Technical Architects to help implement Salesforce and the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).
A brief description of the roles are as follows:
DATA MIGRATION LEAD
We are looking for a data migration specialist to join our team for upcoming projects, serving some of the most impactful nonprofits in the country! The Data Migration Lead will own the full lifecycle of the data migration - from analysis, to data mapping, to execution, and go-live. They will be responsible for ensuring that the data migration accurately meets the defined expectations of the business and ensuring best practices are in place.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce.com administrator certification (consulting certifications preferred)
- Salesforce.com Nonprofit Cloud certification (preferred, but not required)
- Strong Salesforce configuration knowledge across a variety of Clouds and/or functionalities
- At least 3 years (preferred 5 years) of Salesforce consulting experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, SOQL, and SQL
- Experience transforming and migrating data to Salesforce via data loading tools and ETL tools (e.g., Jitterbit), including creating initial data map
- Experience migrating from other nonprofit databases i.e. Raiser’s Edge NXT, EveryAction, etc.
- Strong experience with the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud/NPSP Data Model and related features/functions
- Experience facilitating data mapping sessions directly with a client
- Strong experience with VLOOKUP
- Experience consulting on Salesforce implementations, including large-scale implementations (1-2 years of experience preferred)
- Strong consulting skills, including project and time management, communication, and teamwork/collaboration
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead data resource on Salesforce implementation projects
- Create and iterate on data conversion maps
- Evaluate, design, and implement data migration solutions for nonprofit clients
- Plan all aspects of iterative data migration and coordinate with the project manager to align with the overall project plan
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate knowledge of NPSP
- Assess client business requirements to design architecturally-sound solutions
- Deliver on project assignments on time and within budget
- Demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Potentially delegate and oversee data migration tasks from offshore resources

BUSINESS ANALYST
As the Business Analyst, you will work directly with end-users and key business stakeholders to gather requirements and make recommendations based on an understanding of Salesforce, NPSP, the broader Nonprofit Cloud suite of products, and commonly used apps by nonprofits on the AppExchange. Activities may include leading requirements workshops, documenting notes, documenting requirements, high-level data modeling, data mapping, and translating business requirements to the technical team.
Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of Salesforce Consulting experience in a consulting or Business Analyst role, preferably in the nonprofit sector
Strong understanding of Fundraising, Grants, Program Management, and Case Management processes
Strong understanding and execution of reporting within the Salesforce platform
Understanding of the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is a must
Experience with project management methodologies (agile/scrum, waterfall, etc.)
Experience working with end-users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ability to work with a project team of Developers and Administrators
Ability to create technical documentation
Experience working with vendors and managing vendor relations
Excellent communication and time management
Salesforce Administrator and Nonprofit Cloud certifications are preferred, but not required

SOLUTION CONSULTANT
As the Solution Consultant, you will work directly with the project manager and business analyst to translate business requirements in to technology solutions. You will leverage your knowledge of the Salesforce platform and complementary products in the Salesforce ecosystem to address requirements and solve challenges for our clients. Activities may include configuration, researching/analyzing/testing 3rd-party apps, installing 3rd party apps, testing configurations/customizations, creating reports/dashboards, high-level data modeling, data mapping, and loading/updating data via Dataloader.
Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of Salesforce consulting experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector
Strong understanding of Fundraising, Grants, Program Management, and Case Management processes
Strong understanding and execution of reporting and dashboards within the Salesforce platform
Understanding of the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is a must
Proficient with configuration and declarative customizations using validation rules, workflow rules, process builders, and flows
Proficient with configuring lightning pages
Proficiency with APEX Coding and Visual Force page development is preferred, but not required
Proficient with the NPSP Data Import template/object
Proficient using Dataloader
Comfortable analyzing and testing out add-on Salesforce features and AppExchange products
Ability to work with a project team of Developers and Administrators
Ability to create technical documentation
Excellent communication and time management
Salesforce Administrator and Nonprofit Cloud certifications are preferred, but not required

TECHNICAL ARCHITECT
As the Technical Architect, you will own the overall solution delivered to the customer, which includes reviewing design elements and signing off on the overall technical design. Provide implementation guidance during evaluation of a business requirement to determine configuration, customization, integration or third party product needs.
Estimate the level of effort to implement an enterprise level solution.
Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations and integrations. This will involve direct development and/or overseeing other developers.
Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of Salesforce technical architect/technical lead or developer experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector
Experienced with building integrations with Salesforce (using the REST API, SOAP API, Bulk API, and Streaming API), as well as knowledge of middleware solutions in the market and the ability to implement them for small and medium size projects (Boomi, Jitterbit, Skyvia, DB Amp, etc.)
Proficiency with configuring lightning pages
Proficiency with APEX Coding and Visual Force page development
Ability to work with a project team of Developers, Administrators and Migration Specialists
Ability to create technical documentation
Excellent communication and time management
