The Clubhouse Network - Fundraising & Grants Management With Salesforce
The Clubhouse Network’s mission is to provide a creative and safe out-of-school learning environment where young people from underserved communities work with adult mentors to explore their own ideas, develop new skills, and build confidence in themselves through the use of technology.
Today, The Clubhouse Network is a global community comprised of more than 100 Clubhouses in 21 countries, providing 25,000 youth per year with access to resources, skills, and experiences to help them succeed in their careers, contribute to their communities, and lead outstanding lives.
In order to achieve this vision at scale, The Clubhouse implemented the Salesforce CRM platform to better manage programs, partners, and stakeholders. While a centralized database for program data added immediate value, The Clubhouse historically housed all donor and fundraising data in a separate donor database, Little Green Light (LGL).
The Clubhouse outgrew the features and functionality LGL could offer and wanted to ensure staff had access to cutting edge tools to support relationship building, fundraising efforts, and the grants management lifecycle. It became imperative to transition off of LGL and consolidate into one centralized database. By doing so, the organization would have one 360-degree view of their constituents, creating more opportunities for synergy between programs and development.
